Step into the light-filled Court to experience an immersive, breath-centered yoga practice accompanied by live acoustics led by renowned mindfulness and wellness expert, Pilin Anice. This monthly class pairs a unique movement with a cup of tea from Grace Farms Tea & Coffee, a public benefit LLC and a Certified B Corp, for an enhanced whole body wellness experience. The tea inspires the movement theme, and varies each month:
January & July: Revive tea, a naturally invigorating blend of yerba mate, green tea, and guayusa*
February & August: Rise tea, a robust blend of Earl Grey with silky vanilla crème*
March & September: Breathe tea, a scent-stimulating fusion of anti-inflammatory adaptogens like turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon
April & October: Revive tea, a delicate bouquet of adaptogenic herbs, flowers, ashwagandha root, and reishi mushrooms
May & November: Shine tea, a rooibos-based blend packed with plum-like rosehips and tart hibiscus
June & December: Settle tea, a soothing mix of chocolatey cacao shells and refreshing peppermint*
Participants may bring their own mats, towels, props, and water.
*Contains caffeine. Caffeine-free substitutes will be available.
