Move with Grace Farms x lululemon | Barre with Danielle Aviezer

This 45-minute barre-less barre class is a no-impact class focused on flexibility and total body strengthening. This unique method blends components of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Danielle’s personal intention as a teacher is to create an inclusive and fun space for her students. Her highly curated playlists and personal attention to her students ensure an encouraging and uplifting environment in her classes.
Please note, Move with Grace Farms x lululemon classes will be held outdoors in June, July, and August, and are subject to cancellation due to rain. In the event of rain, classes will be cancelled and refunded.
About Move with Grace Farms x lululemon
Move with Grace Farms x lululemon is a series of monthly movement classes hosted in partnership with local lululemon ambassadors. These classes, for all levels of experience, focus on restoring and igniting the energy needed to live a more balanced life. To enhance the wellness experience, each class includes a cup of tea from Grace Farms Tea & Coffee, a Certified B Corp, picked specifically to complement the movement.
About Danielle Aviezer
Danielle Aviezer is the Co-Owner and Fitness Manager at Thrive Barre & Fitness in Pelham, NY. She has a BFA in Dance from University of the Arts in Philadelphia. She has been teaching barre for nearly 20 years throughout NYC, Westchester and Greenwich, CT and was trained by instructors from the original Lotte Berk Method. Danielle is a wife and a proud mother of three.
