Journey into the World of Tea | Black Teas
Wednesday, October 14, 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Explore the rich history behind the major black teas of the world. Taste the differences between samples from famous regions in India like Darjeeling and Assam, including the Full Moon Darjeeling, to black teas from the lowlands of Ceylon (now known as Sri Lanka) and classics from China like Keemun and Yunnan, widely believed to be the birthplace of tea.
Journey Into the World of Tea offers a tranquil, in-depth exploration of tea traditions through guided tastings, demonstrations, and engaging conversation. This six-part series takes place in the glass-enclosed Tea Pavilion, and is led by Grace Farms Tea Expert and Educator Frank Kwei, who brings decades of knowledge to each session.
