Ashley is an experienced Marketing Director and Designer with over 20 years of experience. A four-time Telly award-winner, she brings a strong corporate background in brand development, along with the ability to focus and identify creative concepts and establish overarching marketing strategies.
Ashley started her career as a member of the team developing and designing the first website of the New York Stock Exchange. She moved to Oppenheimer Funds, Inc. to support a strong central brand message that was disseminated across all media (print, web, and collateral). At J. Crew, she partnered with a senior team to develop a new brand concept incorporating all marketing channels, including a complete redesign of a new CMS-based website, reorganized catalog schedule/shoots, mailings, and retail collateral. Taking the skills she learned in developing overarching corporate marketing plans and combining them with her graphic design expertise and an obsessive eye for detail, Ashley then served as the Creative Director for Orgwide. Here she partnered with world-class companies such as Hilton, Mercedes-Benz, Levi Strauss, Cracker Barrel, Best Western, Dunkin Donuts, Junior Achievement, and Royal Caribbean, to develop cohesive and original brand content and strategies.
As the Director of Marketing at Grace Farms Foundation, Ashley leads a team that creatively uses all marketing channels to increase awareness and visitation to Grace Farms, and continually deepens the understanding of the Foundation’s initiatives and creates pathways for people to engage with them.
