Paul Bradley is the Head of Supply Chain Management for the Americas region of Lendlease based in New York. Paul is responsible for setting procurement policy, developing strategic partnerships, reducing risk and progressing Lendlease’s ESG goals including combatting Modern Day Slavery.
Paul has enormous passion for responsible sourcing and achieving meaningful ESG outcomes in collaboration with the construction supply chain and industry design professionals. Paul is driving the supply chain to achieve Lendlease’s mission zero goals for scope 1 and 2 net zero by 2025 and scope 1, 2 and 3 absolute zero by 2040. Since 2011, Paul has worked in multiple industry sectors including Defense Procurement, Nuclear Decommissioning, Mining and Construction having worked across both Australia and the UK prior to his current position in New York.
Prior to working into supply chain, Paul worked in pre-contracts and risk & insurance management for Lendlease, Thiess, Leighton and QinetiQ.
Paul is a LEED accredited professional for Building Design & Construction and holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Mathematical Engineering.
