Lynn Temple has served as Preconstruction Manager for the Connecticut Business Unit of Turner Construction Company since 2009.
Lynn joined Turner in 1986, assigned to the Boston Business Unit. His first assignment was as a Field Engineer on the Boston Children’s Hospital Expansion Project where he was promoted to Assistant Superintendent. In July 1988, Lynn was assigned to the Flagship Wharf Project in Charlestown, MA as MEP Engineer. In January 1989, Lynn was transferred to the CT Business Unit, to the St. Mary’s Hospital and Conference Center Project. Upon completion of the project, Lynn was assigned to Hartford Hospital where he was Superintendent and Project Manager for multiple projects over nine years including Renovations to the High Building and the CORE Project. During that tenure he began his Estimating career and was quickly promoted to Sr. Estimator. Following his work at Hartford Hospital Lynn returned to the Estimating Department as a Sr. Lead Estimator on the Yale Forestry Project where he was fortunate to serve as Project Manager for the LEED Platinum Building-Kroon Hall.
In June 2009, Lynn returned to the Estimating Department as Chief Estimator and Preconstruction Manager where he has work for many clients, providing campus master planning and preconstruction. Some of these include St. Luke’s School, Wilton Library, Greenwich Country Day School, Yale University, Dartmouth College, Yale New Haven Hospital, White Plains Hospital, Sacred Heart University, and United Technologies.
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State.
Lynn resides in Durham, CT with his wife Martha, and their three sons, Jack, Sam, and Max.
