Special Agent (SA) Justin Kong joined SAC-NY Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in 2017, assigned to the Dark Web & Cryptocurrency Task Force – Cyber Division; focusing on disrupting dark web marketplaces, de-anonymizing dark web vendors, and investigating cryptocurrency money laundering cases. SA Kong graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
