Angel has led innovation publicly/privately and has been instrumental in the transformation of organizations to focus on innovation and impact.
Angel has over 30 years of real estate, planning, design, and construction expertise serving as a consultant to the Federal Government and as a public servant. His leadership has been recognized with various performance awards and the projects for which he is responsible are recognized with numerous industry awards.
