Silent Auction Lot 2
Includes food and beverages (a specialty cocktail made by the group, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks only) for a 3–hour private gathering for up to 24 adults (ages 21 and older) prepared by Grace Farms Foundation’s staff. Must be used prior to October 1, 2023. This lot is non-transferable, and cannot be resold or reauctioned. Votives and bud vases with flowers will be provided. No additional decor is permitted. Successful bidder will choose from three menu options for passed seasonal dishes with wine pairings. Any changes to the menus designed may be subject to additional costs. A specialty cocktail made by the group, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided (est. 2–3 per person). No outside alcohol is permitted. Travel and accommodations are not included. Grace Farms is not responsible for receiving deliveries or holding items. All guests will adhere to the standard rules and regulations of Grace Farms. Photography for personal use is permitted; photography or videography for commercial use is not allowed. Available April–September, Tuesday–Saturday, 5–9:30 pm. Blackout dates include all federal holidays and holiday weekends. Date must be selected no less than two months in advance. Date is subject to availability. Two weeks’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without incurring fees. Canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a fee of $50/person. Grace Farms reserves the right to postpone or reschedule.
