Meet the Bees | Summer Produce

Saturday, August 26, 2023, 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Stroll through the bountiful Community Garden alongside Master Gardener Lauren Elliott to sample the fresh summer produce, taste the honey, and sip sun tea, all while admiring the tireless work of amazing honey bees.

Returning to our calendar this summer, Meet the Bees programs explore and celebrate the life of bees and the role they play in our ecosystems and food systems. These educational and interactive programs invite a sensory journey where you can hear the hum of the hive, smell the fragrance of native plants, and taste the honey produced by local bees.

This event takes place rain or shine.

This is the final Meet the Bees program of the summer! Thank you for joining us.
