With the health and safety of our visitors, staff, and community in mind, Grace Farms has temporarily closed to the public as of March 9 and remains closed. All events and programs scheduled during that time are cancelled or will be rescheduled for a later date.

Due to the temporary closure, we are postponing Amplifying Equality.

Although Grace Farms is temporarily closed, the work of Grace Farms Foundation continues through our work to serve the needs of our community during these challenging times. Learn more about our work to donate food to our neighbors in New Canaan and surrounding communities.

We look forward to re-opening as soon as possible and welcoming you to future programs. Please check our website and subscribe to our newsletter for additional updates.

Join Annette Richardson, Senior Advisor to the United Nations, for a conversation about the local, national, and international models of gender equality that are driving change in today’s world.

At a time when bold and global conversations about achieving gender parity are frequent, female empowerment has become a catch-all phrase utilized by communities, corporations, and governments alike to draw in audiences. But is the rhetoric aligning to movement, action, and change? To what extent are we positioning ourselves for actual, rapid, and sustainable advancement – and what are the ways in which we are stalling? How can we convince everyone that gender equality is for the good of all humankind, not just females? This panel will explore how the action we take today will have ripple effects for the future and offer tangible ways for us all to harness our individual and collective power to upend systems of oppression.
