The Menu:

Grilled Chicken Pesto on Ciabatta
with roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella and grilled eggplant
vegetarian option: grilled portobello 

Cabbage Slaw
Green & red cabbage with fresh chopped Cilantro and tangy lime vinaigrette

Mexican Esquites
Sweet corn with epazote leaves, mayonnaise, Tajin seasoning, lime juice, and queso cotija
