Astronomy at Grace Farms | Spring Constellations & the Lyrids

Tuesday, April 23, 2019, 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Explore the constellations visible in the spring sky with an evening of stargazing led by New Canaan High School Planetarium Director, Tim Haag, and Grace Farms Foundation Nature Initiative Director, Mark Fowler. Learn about constellations like Ursa Major, Ursa Minor, Leo, Bootes, and Hercules, and join us as we attempt to catch a glimpse of the Lyrid Meteor Shower.

Please bring your binoculars. Telescopes will be available, but visibility is dependent on the weather.
