Move with Grace Farms x lululemon | Strength for Runners with Brittany Battis

Join Lululemon Running Ambassador and Coach Brittany Battis for a full body strength class for runners! Start with a dynamic warm up and stretch followed by a full body workout targeting muscle groups that will help you become a stronger and more powerful runner. Afterwards, sip tea from Grace Farms Tea & Coffee with Battis, who will lead a myth-busting discussion about running that offers tips for beginning runners, proper nutrition for runners, and more.

This class is open to all levels of fitness as well as beginner or advanced runners.

Move with Grace Farms x lululemon is a series of monthly movement classes hosted in partnership with local lululemon ambassadors. These classes, for all levels of experience, focus on restoring and igniting the energy needed to live a more balanced life. To enhance the wellness experience, each class includes a cup of tea from Grace Farms Tea & Coffee, a Certified B Corp, picked specifically to complement the movement.

About Brittany Battis

Brittany Battis is a nurse, athlete, and certified Running Coach. Her running resume includes a marathon personal best of 2 hours and 59 minutes and 17 minutes 59 seconds in the 5k. Brittany works with athletes ranging from beginner walk/runners to experienced marathoners. She provides 1:1 customized coaching built to each individual’s needs, history, skill level and goals and strives to not only uplift and inspire her athletes to go the distance but also guide their training in a smart, strategic and fun way. She wears many hats as a running coach and most would say she is also a cheerleader, friend, mentor, and your number one fan.
