About Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the practice of cultivating present moment awareness by paying attention on purpose. It is a way of consciously and systematically working through stress, discomfort, and the challenges of everyday life to restore a balanced sense of well-being. Through increased awareness of all aspects of self, we are able to tap our inner resources for greater clarity, ease, compassion, and resilience. Learn more
