Living Classroom | Butterfly Ambassadors

Saturday, August 26, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

From tagging Monarchs to saving the Kerner blue, stories of successful butterfly conservation are beginning to emerge! Walk the Grace Farms landscape with Horticulture Advisor Kimberly Kelly and learn how to attract butterflies into your backyard, or how to join a conservation effort local to your community. Everything makes a difference for butterflies, the “feel good ambassadors of the invertebrate world.”

Living Classroom is a new four-part program series occurring monthly from June to September, inviting guests to learn about nature from different aspects of the “living classroom” that is Grace Farms’ 80-acre nature preserve. Recommended for ages 12+.

The final Living Classroom is on Saturday, September 16.
