Join Dr. Lucianne Lavin, Director of Research and Collections at the Institute of Native American Studies, for a Native American historical walk through the Grace Farms preserve. Dr. Lavin, a noted archaeologist and author, will discuss the rich Native American history of the area, will talk about their sophisticated belief systems, and share her vast knowledge of how Native Americans lived and thrived on the land.
This two-hour special is part of our free Grace Farms Explorers series, which features hands-on experiences aimed at inspiring all generations to explore the outdoors and connect with the natural world.

We recommend wearing weather appropriate clothing for being active and outdoors, and bringing sunscreen and bug spray. Organic repellant will be provided on site.
