Full Moon, Blue Moon, Super Moon

January’s second full moon, a blue moon, will also be a supermoon. Join us to admire the rising Super Blue Moon at Grace Farms with Nature Initiative Director, Mark Fowler, and Tim Haag, Director of NCHS Planetarium, as they discuss the moon’s phases, astronomical and cultural effects. Participants will view the rising moon through a telescope and discuss the uniqueness of each phase.
