Experience a restorative day of mindful practice with Sandrine Harris, Master Teacher at Copper Beech Institute. An ancient practice, mindfulness is an inroad to releasing stress, enriching self-care, deep listening, and feelings of compassion and connection.
Open to people of all experience levels, A Day of Mindfulness will provide gentle guidance through several forms of meditative experiences, common to many faith traditions, inviting participants to awaken their senses, expand their capacity for presence, and come into greater awareness of themselves and their connectedness to others.
