Chef’s Palate | The Science Behind Fall Flavors

Sunday, September 8, 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Refine your palate in time for fall cooking and baking! Explore the distinct profiles of fall flavors with Pastry Chef and Educator Leah Jones. During this interactive sensory experience, taste the produce grown in our Community Garden, along with apples from our Plaza, and bring an apple butter recipe home.

About Chef’s Palate

Chef’s Palate, hosted by Grace Farms Founding Pastry Chef and educator Leah Jones, is a series of educational conversations designed to inspire new perspectives on everyday ingredients, groceries, and meals. Chef’s Palate encourages a broader understanding of the complex ways in which food intersects many aspects of our lives.

About Leah Jones

Jones has more than 15 years of food service and culinary experience and has been with Grace Farms since its opening in 2015. She leads recipe research and development for all baking and pastry programs.
