Join us for our third annual Member Day!
Celebrate our growing and thriving membership community during a day full of nature-inspired fun for all ages.
2024 Member Day Schedule
9 – 10 am | Breakfast & Community Craft
Enjoy complimentary pastries and coffee, and participate in a community craft project.
10 – 11 am | Butterfly Habitat Planting
Support butterflies and other pollinators by planting native plants in Grace Farms’ meadows with our Director of Horticulture Kimberly Kelly! New and seasoned gardeners are welcome. Please dress accordingly. Sign-ups will take place during breakfast.
10 am – 2 pm | Open Arts Studio
Families, experiment with botanical ink! Register separately for Open Arts Studio.
10:30 am – 12 pm | Grace Farms Tour
Our weekly, comprehensive guided tour invites a closer look at the architectural elements of the River building and Barns. Register separately for Grace Farms Tour.
11 – 11:45 am | Pop-up Talk | The Secret Life of Seeds
Discover the wide array of seeds collected this past fall from ten biodiverse habitats at Grace Farms, and learn how the changing seasons help seeds flourish.
1 – 2 pm | Butterfly Habitat Planting II
2 – 2:15 pm | Pop-up Talk | The Magic of Seeds
Step into the Commons to learn about different seeds during this tasting hosted by Pastry Chef and Educator Leah Jones.
3 – 4 pm | Family Tour
Enjoy an interactive tour which explores the River building as it twists and turns through Grace Farms’ natural landscape. Build models, play with some of the materials used to create our homes and community spaces, and discover how a building’s design can reduce its impact on the environment.
