Life Worth Living Educators Retreat (past)

Tuesday, June 28, 2022, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

As the school year comes to a close, current and retired educators and administrators are invited to spend a refreshing, rejuvenating, and reflective day at Grace Farms. Led by Matthew Croasmun, Faith Initiative Director at Grace Farms and Director of the Life Worth Living program at Yale Center for Faith and Culture, this retreat offers an opportunity to pause, process our experiences, have meaningful conversation, and connect with colleagues from other schools. Weaving our way throughout the River building, we will consider questions of flourishing life below, and what’s really worth wanting, both for ourselves and our communities.

Lunch and dinner is included.

Retreat Schedule:

10:00 am, Pavilion: Welcome
10:30, Court: “What am I doing?”
11:15, Commons: “Is what I’m doing creating the life I’m after?”

Noon: Lunch

1pm, Library: “What sort of life do I want?”
1:45, Sanctuary: “What sort of life is most worth living?”
3:00, Library: “How can I learn to want a life worth living?”
