Tory Donohue joined Grace Farms Foundation in 2021 in the role of Strategic Program Director. Tory’s work focuses on increasing organizational impact by coupling the work of evidence-based decision making with human-centered development. Spanning six continents and three languages, her work both within and consulting for social impact organizations informs her commitment to collaboration and transparency. Building on her experiences at Malaria No More, The Hunger Project and Open Society Foundations, Tory creates bespoke impact systems that allow teams to identify, track and learn from their results, and in doing so, to find a greater sense of collective purpose.
Tory currently teaches Humanitarian Action at Fairfield University’s Center for Social Impact, and has held positions at Fordham University’s Institute of International Humanitarian Affairs, NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service, and Rutgers University’s School of Public Affairs and Administration.
