As the new Director of Events, Catering, and Visitor Experience, Erica is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality and operational management. With a background in executive leadership roles, Erica has demonstrated her ability to oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets exceeding $1 million, and cultivate meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
Throughout her career, Erica has spearheaded strategic initiatives, collaborated closely with boards of directors, and successfully executed fundraising efforts for nonprofit organizations. Her tenure as Executive Director at the Crested Butte Music Festival showcased her exceptional leadership skills, where she not only managed the festival’s operations, but also developed innovative strategies to enhance donor engagement and retention.
Prior to this, Erica served as Director of Development at REBUILD globally, where she played a pivotal role in fundraising initiatives aimed at providing sustainable solutions to address extreme poverty in Haiti. With a proven track record of driving growth and fostering a culture of excellence, Erica brings a holistic and multi-faceted approach to Grace Farms, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for visitors while aligning with the organization’s mission and values.
Erica received her B.A. in Communications and M.A. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver.
