Robert C. Mande, NDC holds a Master’s in Security and Strategic Studies and Certificate of Prestigious Symbol NDC from the National Security College of Tanzania. Mr. Mande is a lawyer with strong background in wildlife and organized crime enforcement programmes.
Mr. Mande was the Head of Law Enforcement Unit at Ngorongoro Conversation Area Authority (NCAA). Through determination and hardworking in the conversation department, Mr. Mande was promoted to a Principal Law Enforcement Officer responsible for enforcement of Laws, Safety and Security of NCAA properties/Natural Resources therein. Mr. Mande was then appointed as a Public Prosecutor for the purpose of Wildlife cases on 11th November 2013 to date. For more than 25 years, Mr. Mande worked as a wildlife Law Enforcement, prosecutor, Investigator and criminal intelligence Analyst.
