Grace Farms Foundation | Public Act No. 16-71
As part of statewide efforts to end trafficking in persons, and pursuant to the state’s new anti-trafficking law, Public Act No. 16-71, all Connecticut-based hotel and motel employees are required to receive anti-trafficking training.
Quinnipiac University School of Law, in partnership with Grace Farms Foundation and the Connecticut Trafficking in Persons Council, will offer such training free of charge to Connecticut’s lodging industry. The training will be offered to the public at the following times and locations.

At the trainings, lodging employees will learn how to identify signs of sex and labor trafficking and other activities commonly associated with human trafficking. The training will also provide lodging employees with concrete steps they can take to deter traffickers, report suspected crimes, and connect victims to services.
