The panel includes Lynn Koerbel, a teacher at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center for Mindfulness that focuses on the scientific, evidence-based approach of mindfulness meditation through Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction; Reverend Steve Kanji Ruhl, an ordained Zen Buddhist minister; and Pastor Bruce Halsted, who will discuss the effectiveness of the Releasing Prayer model that has deeply impacted the lives and work of faith leaders around the country.
