Mau documentary poster

Join Grace Farms and the Architecture & Design Film Festival for a screening of Mau, the first feature-length documentary about design visionary Bruce Mau.

A pioneer of transformation design, Bruce Mau believes that design can be used to create positive change in our world. This documentary explores the designer’s unlikely creative journey and ever-optimistic push to tackle the world’s biggest problems with design. Over the span of his career, Mau advised global brands including Coca Cola and Disney, helped rethink a 1000-year plan for Mecca, worked with the greatest living architects like Rem Koolhaas and Frank Gehry on books and museums, and worked with Guatemala’s minister of education to design a better future, leading to the ¡GuateAmala! (Love Guate) movement.

Mau takes us from Beijing to New York, showing us that design is an agent of change and has the power to shape our world for the better.

Runtime: 77 minutes. Directed by Benjamin Bergmann and Jono Bergmann.
