Silent Auction Lot 3
Includes 3–hour party for up to 24 children, ages 4 – 12. This program will take place in the specified location at Grace Farms based on the options described. Food and beverages, including a custom dessert, for up to 24 children. Caregiver attendance is required. Liability waivers must be signed by all attendees in advance of the event. Must be used prior to December 31, 2023. Item is non-transferable, and cannot be resold or reauctioned. All décor must be pre-approved by Grace Farms Foundation. Use of nails, screws, and tape is not permitted. Grace Farms is not responsible for receiving deliveries or holding items. Successful bidder will choose from custom dessert options made available by Grace Farms Foundation. Accommodations to these menus will be considered for dietary restrictions, but may be subject to additional costs. No outside food or beverages are permitted. Alcohol is not permitted. Travel and accommodations are not included. All guests will adhere to the standard rules and regulations of Grace Farms. Photography for personal use is permitted; photography or videography for commercial use is not allowed. Available 10 am–5:30 pm Tuesday through Saturday. Blackout dates include all federal holidays and holiday weekends. Date must be selected no less than two months in advance. Event date is subject to availability. Cancellations: Two weeks’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule event without incurring fees. Canceling or rescheduling of event within 48 hours will incur a fee of $50/person. Grace Farms reserves the right to postpone or reschedule event.
