Jennifer McCadney is a Special Counsel in Kelley Drye & Warren’s International Trade and Government Relations & Public Policy practices. As both lawyer and policy strategist, Jennifer helps companies and organizations identify, advance and/or defend their interests in legal, political, and regulatory arenas.
Jennifer’s forced labor work spans just under two decades in both the private sector and as a counsel for the House Ways and Means Trade Subcommittee. On behalf of clients with complex supply chains in the footwear, apparel and agricultural industries, Jennifer has advocated for a multi-stakeholder and whole-of-government approach to address underlying causes of forced labor.
