SUMMARY:Living Gracefully Through Mindfulness | A Short Course
DESCRIPTION:Join Grace Farms Foundation and Brandon Nappi\, Executive Director of Copper Beech Institute\, for a three-day course on mindfulness\, the practice of focusing your awareness on the present moment by paying attention with a sense of openness\, curiosity\, and patience. During this course\, held from 10 am-12 pm on Wednesdays\, October 18\, October 25\, and November 1\, participants will explore simple opportunities to bring mindful practice into daily life and cultivate a spirit of calm\, acceptance\, and kindness. \nRegistration is $75 for three classes on October 18\, October 25\, and November 1 from 10 am-12 pm. \n  \nAbout Mindfulness \nMindfulness is the practice of cultivating present moment awareness by paying attention on purpose. It is a way of consciously and systematically working through stress\, discomfort\, and the challenges of everyday life to restore a balanced sense of well-being.
