
Neena, who serves as the Director of Culinary Operations for Grace Farms Foundation, plays an essential role at Grace Farms and within our community. Neena is responsible for the development of seasonal and nutritious meals throughout the year and also plays a key part in helping those in need in our surrounding communities.
Grace Farms Foundation is committed to alleviating food security for its neighbors. In collaboration with our Community Initiative and our Operations teams, Neena led the Foundation’s delivery of thousands of wholesome meals per week to those struggling with food insecurity throughout Fairfield County during the pandemic. To date, these efforts have provided healthy meals and pantry staples to more than 125,000 individuals and families.
Neena earned a bachelor’s degree in culinary and hospitality management from Monroe College and brings years of extensive managerial and chef experience to Grace Farms. She is also an active advocate for the advancement of women and girls. Neena was a featured speaker, along with former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, at Fairfield County’s Community Foundation’s Fund for Women and Girls annual event. The fund, the largest in the state and throughout New England, provides young women and girls the educational tools to improve and advance their lives.
