This restorative morning begins with a delicious cup of Jasmine Green Tea from Grace Farms Foods, followed by a movement class led by Pilin Anice, our longtime wellness guest expert and renowned yoga, dance, and meditation instructor.

These movement and meditation classes are for ages 18+ up. Accessible for all levels, no prior yoga or meditation experience is required. Participants may bring their own mats, towels, props, and water

This event coincides with Annual Member Day. Grace Farms Members can register for free.
