These classes\, for all levels of experience\, focus on restoring and igniting the energy needed to live a more balanced life. To enhance the wellness experience\, each class includes a cup of tea from Grace Farms Tea & Coffee\, a Certified B Corp\, picked specifically to complement the movement. \nAbout Brittany Battis\nBrittany Battis is a nurse\, athlete\, and certified Running Coach. She provides 1:1 customized coaching built to each individual’s needs\, history\, skill level and goals and strives to not only uplift and inspire her athletes to go the distance but also guide their training in a smart\, strategic and fun way.
