Young artists\, ages 3 to 10\, and their adult caregivers are invited to spend time together experimenting with new materials and techniques during this facilitated program series. \nDiscover the River | From Plants to Paint \nDiscover the River building and our permanent artworks using all of your senses to explore line\, shape\, color\, texture\, sound\, space\, light\, movement\, and rhythm. Harvest colors like safflower yellow\, tansy blue\, and amaranth red by foraging for plants in the raised beds of our Community Garden\, then transform them into pigments to make paintings in the Studio. \n  \nPlease note that the materials fee is $5 per child\, payable by credit card at the West Barn Welcome Center. Parents or guardians are required to stay with their children.

Young artists\, ages 3 to 10\, and their adult caregivers are invited to spend time together experimenting with new materials and techniques during this facilitated program series. \nDiscover the River | From Plants to Paint \nDiscover the River building and our permanent artworks using all of your senses to explore line\, shape\, color\, texture\, sound\, space\, light\, movement\, and rhythm. Harvest colors like safflower yellow\, tansy blue\, and amaranth red by foraging for plants in the raised beds of our Community Garden\, then transform them into pigments to make paintings in the Studio. \n  \nPlease note that the materials fee is $5 per child\, payable by credit card at the West Barn Welcome Center. Parents or guardians are required to stay with their children.
