Girls age 8 to 13 are invited to take part in this three-part series designed and led by renowned yoga, dance, meditation instructor and wellness expert Pilin Anice. In this interactive workshop, girls practice mindfulness and self-expression to discover the power of their voices and bodies.

Participants may attend one or all classes, and may bring their own mats, towels, props, and water. A parent or caregiver is required to remain on site at Grace Farms during the course of the event. 

If attending the entire series, the series discount will be applied to your cart once you add tickets for each individual date.
