Choose your own indoor and outdoor winter journey throughout the weekend\, including guided nature walks\, snowshoeing (weather permitting)\, indoor winter games\, documentary films on nature and architecture in our 42-seat Lecture Hall\, and mocktail classes. \nNina Cooke John\, architect and public artist\, will lead a hands-on materials workshop that connects with her glass collage work\, Material Clarity\, commissioned for the With Every Fiber exhibit. \nTaste a variety of Grace Farms Tea & Coffee blends for winter wellness and rejuvenation in pop-up locations for the festival. \n  \nOn-site parking and off-site parking with shuttle service are available for purchase here. She leads recipe research and development for all baking and pastry programs. She feels strongly about creating a more sustainable and equitable food system\, both locally and globally\, and upholds a zero-food waste approach when it comes to baking. She holds a B.S. in Baking & Pastry Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University.
