DESCRIPTION:Join instructor Jane Krantz for a fluid yoga class centered on moving through transitions with grace and finding stability in order to move with freedom\, awareness\, and expression. Starting with grounding breathwork\, Jane will guide you through movement that will ignite a little bit of heat and a lot of joy\, ending in a restful savasana. \nMove with Grace Farms x lululemon is a series of monthly movement classes hosted in partnership with local lululemon ambassadors. These classes\, for all levels of experience\, focus on restoring and igniting the energy needed to live a more balanced life. To enhance the wellness experience\, each class includes a cup of tea from Grace Farms Tea & Coffee\, a Certified B Corp\, picked specifically to complement the movement. \n\nAbout Jane Krantz\nJane Krantz founded Afterglow Yoga Studio in 2020 with the intention to create a laid-back space for yoga and wellness. Since opening\, the studio has expanded twice with a wonderful\, ever-growing community of movers. Jane is certified in Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga\, and is currently training for her Katonah Yoga certification. \nBefore diving into yoga\, Jane spent her life studying and embodying movement through dance. She graduated from The Hartt School\, University of Hartford in 2015 with a BFA in Dance Performance\, spending the following years dancing professionally. Most notably\, she performed at the Museo Soumaya in Mexico City; Scotland’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival; and Comedy Central’s “Funny or Die” Tour. Jane currently teaches at her alma mater\, The Hartt School\, where she is a Professor of Jazz Dance and a Choreographer for Hartt’s mainstage productions.
