Coaches can be powerful role models in how children exhibit important values of fairness, inclusion, and equality.
Join us for a training course, moderated by Kate Gerson and Samantha Hoare from REthinc, providing supportive tools, strategies, and approaches to foster teamwork, respect, and understanding across race, ethnicity, and other differences. Bring a friend and join us in building a more inclusive community.
Hosted in partnership with REthinc, an interracial consulting group focused on building inclusive, equitable organizations in the public and private sectors.
REthinc is made up of trained and tested practitioners who have known and worked together in different times and capacities toward a common mission to end systemic racism.
From the executive offices of industry giants to the classrooms of small urban schools, we work to support the evolution, mending and transformation of organizations and professional communities as they work to understand and undo the effects of implicit and persistent racist practices in our workplaces.
Grace Farms is located at 365 Lukes Wood Road, New Canaan, CT 06840.
