Join Chopped® champion and innovative chef Silvia Baldini as she collaborates with Grace Farms chef Neena Perez for an intimate dinner with sustainably and ethically-sourced ingredients for Grace Farms Members. Learn about the ingredients and the farms they were sourced from, with special pairings of Ruinart champagne and Grace Farms Foods Fairtrade cookies, and gain insight into how we all can enhance ethical and sustainable food systems.

Co-hosted by Vani Birnbaum and Amelia Osborne Scott

Students must be ages 18 and up. Please be prepared to show your student I.D. or proof of enrollment at check-in.

Children must be ages 17 and below.

Grace Farms Foundation’s interdisciplinary humanitarian mission is to pursue peace through five initiatives — nature, arts, justice, community, and faith — and Grace Farms, a SANAA-designed site for convening people across sectors. Our stake in the ground is to end modern slavery and gender-based violence, and create more grace and peace in our local and global communities.
