August Highlights
Join us in August
August events at Grace Farms offer you the chance to savor summer surrounded by tranquil, panoramic views of our rolling green landscape. Take advantage of the sunshine and deepen your connection to Grace Farms through tours, events and celebrations.
Attend a special Summer Tour and Tea with Arts Initiative Curator Pamela Ruggio that offers an in-depth look at Temporal Shift, a sculpture by Alyson Shotz, situated in our Library courtyard to interact with natural light shining over our River building. And every Thursday morning, you can attend our weekly Grace Farms Tour from 10:30am to 12pm.
Saturdays offer plenty of ways for you to engage with nature. On Saturday, August 27, Meet the Grace Farms Bees at 10am, then stick around at 11am to learn about and try selections from our Community Garden during Masters of the Garden. Throughout the month, embark on a Native Meadows Walk to learn about native plants and come face-to-face with raptors during Wildlife Encounters.
Come together with your neighbors for our End of Summer Picnic, when we take our seasonal community dining experience outside with a picnic-style meal and garden-themed family-friendly activities facilitated by our master gardener and educators.
