Grace Farms Foundation and Brandon Nappi of Copper Beech Institute welcome visitors to join us for an afternoon of mindfulness, offering simple ways to live calmly and with resilience. The program will include guided meditation, conversation, and storytelling. Veterans and newcomers to mindfulness practice alike are welcome to join.

The afternoon will explore mindfulness practices to encourage living more fully in the present. The group will discuss how we can reduce suffering and increase joy while working with the ordinary challenges, stressors, and triggers of daily life.

Please wear comfortable clothes and dress warmly, as parts of the program will be outdoors. We also welcome all participants to bring a journal. Journals are also available for purchase at the Grace Farms Welcome Center.
